Shipam on Shipam

Shipam's own changelog should prove the product.

These entries document the launch-readiness work that makes Shipam easier to sell: migration closeout, public proof, and cinematic entry pages. The point is simple: every update should be a page a buyer can understand and share.

Shipam completed the self-hosted Postgres migration closeout

The last stale Supabase dependency and env references were removed after the operational migration to self-hosted Postgres, Better Auth, Drizzle, and the cloudflared sidecar.

0
stale Supabase runtime deps

The closeout removed unused app-level Supabase package entries.

  • Runtime configuration now points at the canonical database path.
  • Docs and test helpers no longer imply a local Supabase mode.
  • The migration tracker was closed with repository evidence.
