1. Using Shipam
Shipam is a changelog, roadmap, and release communication platform. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. If you use Shipam on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Shipam to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content;
- distribute malware, phishing pages, or content designed to interfere with the service or other users;
- probe, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload Shipam in a way that bypasses intended product limits or protections;
- impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your relationship to a product, company, or release;
- use Shipam to send unsolicited bulk email or subscriber messages without the necessary rights or consent.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules or create risk for the service, other customers, or the public.
3. Your content and data ownership
You retain ownership of the content, media, subscriber lists, and other materials you upload to Shipam. By using the service, you grant Shipam a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the product, publish your hosted pages, deliver emails you request, and maintain or improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and publish the content you submit.
4. Billing and third-party services
Paid plans, if any, are billed through Stripe. Email delivery may be handled through Resend. Your use of payment processing or email delivery features may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms between you and those providers.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep Shipam available, secure, and performant, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, abuse prevention, infrastructure incidents, and other events may affect access to the dashboard, APIs, hosted pages, or email delivery.
We may change, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We will try to avoid materially harmful changes without notice where reasonably possible.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shipam and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business interruption, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Shipam in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Shipam team via the primary product contact channels listed on shipam.page.
