1. The 48-hour refund
If you buy a one-time Shipam launch page and ask for a refund within 48 hours of the purchase, we refund it in full. We do not ask why, we do not ask you to try something first, and we do not treat a refund request as an argument to win.
Launch pages are bought in the middle of a launch, in a hurry, often at speed. A purchase made in that state should be reversible without friction. That is the whole reason this policy exists.
2. How to request one
Reply to your Stripe receipt or your purchase confirmation email, or use the contact channels listed on shipam.page, and say you would like a refund. Include nothing else if you do not want to. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically reach your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
3. What happens to the page
A refunded launch page is taken offline. If you had connected a custom domain to it, remove the DNS records you added so the hostname does not point at a page that is no longer served. Anything you exported or downloaded before the refund is yours to keep.
If you would rather keep the page and have simply been charged twice, tell us — we refund the duplicate and leave the page live.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. If you subscribed through Shipam, use the billing portal in your workspace settings. If you subscribed through the GitHub Marketplace, cancel there instead — the portal cannot manage a Marketplace subscription, and your plan and billing are handled by GitHub.
Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not normally refund part-used subscription periods, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us — we would rather refund it than have you dispute it. A Marketplace subscription is refunded by GitHub under their terms; tell us anyway and we will help you chase it.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, they apply.
